Service Requirements and Policies
INTRODUCTION
At Subasta Falcon Motors, we operate under international standards to guarantee clear, secure, and transparent processes.
By starting with us, the client accepts the following requirements, conditions, and service policies.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
To begin the process, the client must meet the following requirements:
Be of legal age
Present a valid identification document
Provide accurate and verifiable information
Have the financial capacity to purchase the vehicle
Have the necessary budget to begin the process
False or incomplete information may result in cancellation of the process without prior notice.
PAYMENT POLICY
All processes require an initial payment for activation.
Payments made cover consulting, management, and support.
Payments are non-refundable, as they correspond to services already rendered.
The client is responsible for completing the agreed-upon payments to continue the process.
ABOUT THE VEHICLES
Vehicles are acquired through international auctions (e.g., Copart or other platforms).
The client understands that many vehicles may be used or salvaged.
Falcon Motors Auction does not manufacture or modify vehicles.
The final vehicle selection is the client's responsibility.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Our service includes:
Personalized consulting
Vehicle search and selection
Auction support
Purchase management
Logistics coordination and delivery
Does not include:
Mechanical vehicle warranties
Liability for the condition of the purchased vehicle
Delays caused by third parties (shipping companies, customs, etc.)
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for:
Verifying vehicle information before approving the purchase
Maintaining agreed-upon payments
Submitting required documentation on time
Following the advisor's recommendations
PROCESSING TIMES
Times may vary depending on vehicle availability, auction, logistics, and destination country
Falcon Motors Auction does not guarantee exact delivery times
External factors may cause delays (customs, transportation, etc.)

We operate from:
